- We have experienced qualified staff and members of staff working towards qualification.
- All staff hold an enhanced criminal records bureau certificate
- The Nursery manager conducts interviews for the positions.
- All staff have an induction period and a 3-month probation period.
- Staff are continually updating their skills and knowledge through courses run by Young in Herts.
- Staff have co-ordinator roles in specific areas. These are on display in the nursery.
- Nursery Manager oversees the day-to-day running although can cover staff when needed. There is a designated room leader for each room.
- Each staff member has a yearly appraisal.
- The nursery has monthly staff meetings to cover any issues or new ideas; we are open to any new suggestions. There is a suggestion box located in the nursery.
